Are you making the best use of free email templates to grow your business?
When it comes to response rates, email still dominates over newer channels of online marketing. In fact, McKinsey reported that email marketing is about 40 times more effective than Facebook or Twitter campaigns in helping businesses acquire new customers.
That’s one of the main reasons why email represents the largest portion of marketing budgets (15 percent) for small- to medium-sized businesses. A report from iContact also found that almost 40 percent of these businesses find reasons to email their entire list of connections at least once a week.
3 kinds of email templates
You’ll find that there are countless reasons to stay in contact with your best customers and new prospects using finely tuned marketing emails. We’ve got you covered for all them:
Email newsletter template
You can keep your customers engaged and your brand top-of-mind by sending out a regular email newsletter. Our email newsletter templates allow you to feature all the stories that are important to you.

Email is also a great way to alert your customers to your latest promotions. They can also be used to targeted their interests or notify them when something they searched for in the past has come back in stock. Personal notification email template
Sometimes the most impactful way to connect with a customer is by sending them a personalized email. Our personal email templates makes it easy to send an on-brand, text-driven correspondence that’s both attractive and professional.
Download and use our free responsive html email templates
Try to put yourself in your customer’s shoes and think about what matters most to them. If you simplify their lives, you will stay on the top of their minds.
The best way to jumpstart your marketing efforts is to download our free email templates. The download includes all three email templates, in three different styles and five different colors (blue, green, orange, red and violet) for a total of 45 options. The files are zipped up to just 6.9MB, so the download should go fast. You can customize and start using them in three easy steps:
Step 1: download the email templates
After you download the zipped up folder, save it to your work area. After you unzip the folder, you’ll see it contains three folders: 01, 01 and 03.
Step 2: pick your favorite
Inside each folder, there are the three types of email templates (newsletter, promotional and personal notification). And inside each of those you have your color schemes: blue, green, orange, red and violet. You can review each to see which style and color scheme you prefer by opening the HTML file.
Each HTML email template is already completely laid out with sample text (which you’ll edit in step 3). If you want to edit the look of the emails, that’s no problem, but you should be comfortable with image editing software like Photoshop, and have some familiarity with HTML. As they are, these templates are compatible with all major marketing automation programs.
Step 3: upload the templates
Most email marketing automation tools—like Mailchimp—will have directions that make it easy to upload the templates. You can then use that program’s editor to customize the messages, upload your logo, add relevant images and link to your website.
Then just pair your email template with the correct email list and schedule your email campaign. If you don’t have marketing automation tools, you can do it all through Gmail by following these steps. It’s a bit more complicated, but the entire process is free for up to 50 emails per day, as long as you have a recipient list already built.
Email designed for your business
All of these html email templates were professionally designed so you can compete against companies with huge email marketing budgets. They’re all also responsive, meaning they’ll look just as good on your desktop as they will on a customer’s mobile phone.
Best of all, they’re totally free to use and customize however you see fit. You’re welcome!
