We are an independent publisher specialising in short stories. We publish both hardback and ebook collections.
What's your vision?
We need a book cover for our new short story collection: Llama Sutra by Melanie Whipman. We have a preference for black and white pen and ink work, with some limited use of color. See this webpage http://www.inktears.com/Inktears/Books.html for current book covers to get an idea of our style. I've also attached a copy of the title short story, to give a flavour of Melanie's work. Essentially, it is literary (this story was read on BBC Radio 4), but fun and sexy too.
The cover will need the title, author name, artwork, and also the following endorsement: “As tightly crafted as firecrackers, these are high energy stories with impact. I read the whole collection in one sitting.” Jane Rusbridge (author of The Devils Music, and Rook)
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Book cover starts at £239.
Full copyright with production-ready files for digital and/or print.

And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
