I am an international professional educator, speaker & author. My new Book is ready and needs you to design its front and back covers + spine. I'm the only business architect using the NEWS approach to script organization clarity during mergers and acquisition. We sell products, services and experiences related to scripting business success with manager-leaders working in organizations that are about to and/or are experiencing a merger and acquisition - and the manager-leaders and their senior leaders recognize that there will be/they are encountering rough edges and require a smoother way to move though the merger/acquisition - that is, to move from Island A to Island B faster, better, cheaper and safer.
What's your vision?
Target Audience My target audience is COO, CFO and senior manager-leaders involved in a merger and/or acquisition and who wish to dramatically improve the success of the transition. They want more for their staff and they see quality managing-leading as their way to smooth the rough edges of transition and "realize or more" the criteria set out in the proposal. Considering 50+% of mergers and acquisitions do not meet the proposal guidelines - this book offers a way to lessen that statistic while managing-leading the transition faster, better, cheaper and safer for everyone involved. Requirements Design a front and back cover (5-1/2 inches by 8-1/2 inches). "Smoothing the Rough Edges of Transition". The subtitle is: "The Ten Elements for Managing-Leading Through a Merger & Acquisition Successfully". The author is DrWELLth, Stephen Hobbs, EdD. Brand distinction is DrWELLth, less on Stephen Hobbs, EdD. There must be a starburst on the front cover: "Download a FREE report on Managing-Leading Essentials During Every Transition at www.wellthlearning.com/free/managing-leading-essentials." Insert my ISBN and my photo on the back cover. ISBN to follow. Two photos are uploaded. The covers needs to look exciting and serious. It must give the impression of success, caring, thoroughness and certainty. It must be distinguished. I want a short testimonial on the front cover and about three testimonials on the back cover with a book content description. Will upload a Word file with testimonials and book content description. Choose the testimonials you like the best. Put them on the back cover. You may even wish to put the best one on the front cover. The price $39.00 and the words "First Printing" need to be on the back cover.
