The Fulfilment Recipe
Emma Newham has been in the fitness industry for almost 3 decades, teaching mind-body movement to instructors all over the world. She is passionate about health and wellbeing and wants to spread the teachings of mindfulness, meditation and spirituality across the globe for the benefit of humanity.
Learning to live consciously, finding your life purpose and living a meaningful existence is the key to a happy life. In our pursuit of money, fame, career etc, we mistakenly think that this will make us happy. Whilst it may make life comfortable in many ways, we are missing the point if we think that external things outside of us will contribute to our satisfaction. It often takes some sort of loss, to realise what we have. A simple, uncomplicated life, not taking anything for granted has been proven in countless studies to make us feel a sense of real value. Meditation and mindfulness techniques help us to come back to ourselves. This book is a practical guide to living an authentic life.
Target audience - typically 25-55 age range (75% women) Open minded, flexible, liberal people - not stuck in their ways (unstuffy) - willing to try new things. Not traditional, not conservative in their viewpoint. Humanitarian people.
