This book is the first in a series of books to help people better understand themselves, the underlying causes of their issues and exactly how to resolve those issues with simple and scientifically proven methods.

People of all ages struggling with mental health issues, anxiety, worry and/or depression.

Hi! We’re looking for someone to design an interesting and unique book cover for the first in a series of books to help people better understand themselves, the underlying causes of their issues and exactly how to resolve those issues with simple and scientifically proven methods. In terms of direction: What we DON’T want is “just another self-published cover”, I.e: - A big title at the top - A stock image in the middle, - And the author name at the bottom. Basically, we would love for you to get really creative with these covers and see what you come up with! One thing we’ve seen that can work particularly well is when the title text is incorporated in an interesting way, not just in a “text box”. Also, a focus on bright & bold colors would be ideal :) Overall, we want something original, inventive and interesting that captures the subject matter of the book. We’re looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
