Feel It. Heal It. Let It Go.
Nicole is a dedicated Holistic Health Coach and has a humble and grateful approach to working with women ready for a shift. Nicole lives out firsthand the life lesson that anyone can climb out of a painful past and emerge into a bright and beautiful world. Nicole is a born and raised Jersey girl, but decided to ditch the frigid temps and now lives in the sweet south with her husband and three tiny humans.
My book is about guiding women to move through a painful past and negative life experiences and to move forward to a truly happy and emotionally free life.
Women, mothers, those aged 19-65+ years old. Those who battle with their past, those who have trouble with self confidence, those who are stuck in a rut, those who want more out of their life, those who struggle with things that have happened to them, those of alcoholic families/parents, those of abusive families/parents, those of dysfunctional parents/families.
Book cover type
The mood I am trying to convey in my cover is one of inspiration, motivation, hope and happiness. I want to show that there is so much light after a dark journey and that a life of true happiness is possible for everyone!! I included my own photos that I would like to see if they work for a cover, but I also would like to see cover designs without my photo in them also. Although it can be a serious topic, I would like to convey light-heartedness and light.
