The 9th Stratum
I have spent over 2 decades studying and training individuals to optimize their performance in a competitive global sales environment. The organizational, managerial, and individual challenges that are prevalent in the continued quest for high performance, springboard my development of systems, applications, and processes that drive performance. I am very thankful for the experiences and challenges my career has presented to me, and that others outside of my industry shared with me.
This book supports the concept—The 9th Stratum. This is the level that gets the individual to high-value goal achievement. The goal is to live and work daily within the 9th Stratum, where disciplined daily learning drives application, resulting in consistent achievement of high-value goals which drives the momentum of continued success. This book is a compilation of the techniques and practices that I have adopted in my own life, and taught to others who desired to be better. It is a component used to teach best practices and techniques that perpetuate high-performance. This book, combine with the personal performance assessment, can help you optimize your own journey to high-performance. Over time, the compounded learning, practice, and application will gradually drive your personal performance, so that you can evolve to operate daily within the 9th Stratum and positively impact your future success trajectory.
Anyone who strives to be better than they were yesterday.
