THE SHITTY COMMITTEE
Jack Williamson is a powerhouse in both the coaching and therapy worlds. A former award-winning music industry executive, he is an international speaker, podcaster, best-selling author and works with many leading entertainment and sporting professionals. Through Jack’s philanthropic work with his Point One Project foundation, he continues to improve and sustain the mental health and well-being of over 200,000 music industry professionals and is on track to increase that number to two million by the end of the decade.
This book is my first non-fiction book, which aims to help those who are struggling with their mental health by equipping them with tools, techniques and frameworks to support their mental health and well-being and is dedicated to my brother, who sadly took his life as a result of suicide.
This book is primarily targeted at aspirational millennials and burnt-out professionals who want more from life. The book will primarily be focused on a UK audience, for all genders and age range of 18-40.
