Beat Your Weight Beat Your Fat
It's a method of simplicity that doesn't restrict food groups, and it certainly doesn't advise caution towards food and that we should be scared of it. We want a healthy relationship with food after all. It's a method that will keep you healthy, satiated, and not left wanting. No miracles and none of the fairy-tales. Just good food eaten in a certain way that results in fat loss.
The overweight and obese People trying to get healthy Health conscious people People just interested in health and fitness
I'm looking for something a little different than is the norm in the niche (see next box). Somewhat minimalistic, such as a cover that's built around the title and subtitle, rather than some fancy image. Here are some more covers that have the tone of what i'd like: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sense-Style-Thinking-Persons-Writing/dp/0241957710 https://www.amazon.co.uk/End-Mind-How-Live-Well/dp/0008210918 https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapiens-Humankind-Yuval-Noah-Harari/dp/0099590085/ https://www.amazon.co.uk/Longevity-Diet-Discover-Scientifically-Prevent-ebook/ https://www.amazon.co.uk/How-Starve-Cancer-Jane-McLelland/dp/0951951734 https://www.amazon.co.uk/How-Not-Die-Discover-scientifically/dp/1509852506 Ideal ratio is 1.6:1. Ideal dimensions are 2,560 x 1,600 pixels. Maximum image size allowed is 10,000 x 10,000 pixels.
What to avoid
Try and avoid overdoing the trite stuff that's found in the niche, such as photoshopped food that looks nothing like the real world, people with good genes looking amazing, a sparkling kitchen with a happy and smiling good looking face, etc Stay away from real faces in general.
