Target Audience: Women- 20 to 44. Self Improvement/Self Help readers. About SWE: learning to eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full is the bottom line for SWE. But so many women don't even know what hunger feels like. The author leads readers thru re establishing self trust - that our bodies know best- they know what they needs in terms of sleep, foods, exercise, etc... From there the book goes into 5 key foundations of healthy body weight management that have nothing to do with controlling food from the outside. This book is an intelligent woman's look at her lifestyle and its impact on her as a total person- body weight, clothing size, and aesthetic benefits of which being just that...'benefits.' The author encourages readers to adapt to balanced approaces to eating and exercise. Moderation is stressed. The author herself is a current runway model, and former disordered eater/exerciser, so the information is well vetted both personally by both her own personal experience and by a series of clinical studies conducted by the author AND by a group of world-class specialty MDs recruited for panel consulting for the book. This book needs to give off a 'look' that is book attractive to consumers in the fashion community (the book launches in designer gift bags during New York Fashion Week February '16) and to Millennials online on iBooks AND a look that establishes it as authoritative - since 25-50% of it is dealing with medical research/exercise science.
