The Power of Rentals
When he was 5, his family moved to the United States. and he went to public school. Is a father of 3 (2 boys 1 girl). Is writing this book because he understands there are those who want to dive into the world of investment but don't know where to begin. And owning a house or property, for most, feels tangible and thus an attainable goal compared to other investment options.
This book provides a practical guide for beginners interested or just beginning their real estate journey.It is for those who want to use Rental properties as a means to build wealth and financial freedom. It will impart practical knowledge that can be followed and implemented.
Target Audience would be beginner investors so age would be late 20's and above. Demographic would mainly be U.S but worldwide as well.
The cover should stand out yet appear minimal at the same time. A clean serif font. Simple graphic(s) that relate to property (not necessary. I leave it to the designer to decide what looks best)
