It all began with a design brief.

Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
deadjackalsband collaborated with designers to refine their ideas

99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Of the 30+ designers participating in the contest and the 140+ proposals submitted as the cover for my novel, the submission of michaelstar* stood out for its artistry and imagination. He did not simply add a title to stock images, but instead wove images suggested by the brief into a cover that incites the imagination. michaelstar* was also extremely responsive to my numerous requests to tweak the design and revise my cover text. He seemed to embrace how important this project is to me. In this world under pandemic lockdown, it has been a pleasure working with him. I recommend his work in the highest possible terms.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
