Yes. Ideally, I wanted to have a design suitable for letterpress. Vintage anatomy incorporation would be cool. I am uploading a file from an artist friend of mine and his contribution ought to be a springboard for inspiration. I would like to do a square card, with thick card stock and would love some detail work that looks vintage-like, but still conveys the simple message of who we are and what we aim to do. my personal website is kennedychiropractic.net for additional ideas of who I am and what I am about.
I attached a couple of samples of things similar to what I had in mind with the original design and tried to incorporate words and design elements that would break up the evenness of the lightning bolts and add some character to the card. I also threw a vertebrae of the spine into the background for some texture on the front of the card ( also "rays" on the back of the card for the same purpose).
I kept the back and the front of the cards basic and tried to create some depth, while keeping the design simple, by adding simple color shapes, black borders, and a white space around the design at the edges of the card. The basic color keys are all basic concept and ideation compositions and definitely not final versions. My biggest thought would be as you send it to your designer to try to avoid primary colors on anything and keep everything very neutral in value. With a business card, you want an inviting scheme without getting too busy.
