Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I represent screenwriters and filmmakers as a talent manager. I work with them to develop their scripts, negotiate their deals and get them in to production. Target audience is the wider film and television industry--producers, execs, commissioners--as well as potential new clients.

What colors do you want to see in your design?

I like the font. Elegant but also a little quirky. Don't like the multi-colour aspect.
I like that this design really pops. I'd be concerned about a black background being less flexible.
Like that this is slightly retro, but I don't like the palette.
Like the concept, but I again worry about a strictly black background and not all print clear.
Really like the bold clarity of this and font variation. I could see it working in reverse (white on black) too.
I like that the vertical form of this, but I also like that it's aesthetically playful--elegant but not too serious

I spent over 8 years at a larger agency, and I am taking the leap to set up a new company in London that reflects the different way I see the television and film business evolving. I grew up in NY and have been in the UK for the past 15 years. I'm looking for something sophisticated and cool, but also subtly playful to match my personality. I have, of course, made a point of calling my new company Under New Mgmt after a long stint with more conservative, suit-wearing bosses. The new company is about supporting unique and individual voices and offering a bespoke approach to talent. It's still about being super professional but not being afraid of doing things differently.
The top priority is for logo images to use in a press release and email footer. I acknowledge that the name is a little long, and there isn't an obvious abbreviation or short form other than UNM, which I haven't really considered using, but I might be persuaded if it's presented in a really cool way. In terms of colour, I don't want tons of colour, but the right pop of a contrasting tone would be welcomed.
