I am a nutritionist. For me food is only part of the story to a healthy life. Excercise and relaxation are as important. I Combine all three of them in my 1:1 sessions and workshops

The name of the company is german, but I also want to address foreigners, living in the neighbourhood. "Ernährung - Bewegung - Entspannung" can be translated with "Diet - Excercise - Relaxation" (that you get an idea, what I am talking about ;-)
