Who we are Two experienced consultants, with a strong motivation to “fix” the IT consulting business, that can be cold, unforgiving and a cutthroat business. We want to build a next-gen agency, where we all feel like family, where everyone is rewarded and commended, and where we strive to improve quality of life, rather than make the last dollar. What we’re building Our collective will be staffed with the best in the business, but with focus on both personal and professional qualities. We want to grow together, have a lot of fun, while we, together, offer our clients a highly motivated, positive, and tailored experience, since we actually understand IT projects. We are not set in this world to just send an invoice, pumped up as much as possible, but to deliver what our clients need, at the right price tag. What we’re called "Collective Minds" The emphasis is on our strong collective, and on the fact that we, as a tightly knit team, will be like “a collective conscience”. We will work as one unit, delivering synergy and efficiency to our clients, while bringing creativity, can-do attitudes, and the highest level of professionalism We want our look to cater both to companies looking for IT consultants, and the IT consultants themselves. We do not want to look "old school", but want to be a fresh take on consulting - modern, agile and nimble, yet serious.
We want our logo to represent what we stand for, and to be easily identifiable along with memorable. That’s why we’re going for a pictogram type of logo, that will fit together with our name, but also actually be able to stand on its own, if used as an app logo. A degree of abstract design is probably needed, to make this possible, since we want the logo to actually try to represent “us”, and our core values - and our name. We don’t have strong opinions on colors, but would not mind if is has a few of them, just to make it more eye catching and powerful. Dos and donts: -Don't make a logo that just a combination of a "C" and "M" -Do include some form of pictogram -Do let the pictogram represent our value(s) in some form -Don't just use "standard" pictograms, that don't represent who we are, like the classical light bulb. Su're, we're creative, but it's not a communicated core value
