nikiscevak got their new button or icon by running a design contest:
Crisp, clean, minimalist icons to represent the deck of cards
Check out nikiscevak's Button or icon contest…
Create a sample of icons for a deck of cards (i.e. from 2-10, Jack, Queen, King, Ace and in red and black, and the four suits: hearts, diamonds, clubs, spades).
What's your vision?
Desired Style: Minimalist, crisp, clean Accepted File Formats: PNG, illustrator/photoshop Site will be graphically light, clean and adhere to web standards. I am hoping for a mix of vimeo.com and chowhound.com, and so the icons should fit in with that overall vision. Something playful (think comic art, hello kitty), minimalist and different from what you normally see with how a deck of cards are represented. At the same time, must be user-friendly and be able to clearly see what card the icon is representing.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets.
