If you love videogames and pop culture, you'll love this project. We're a live videogame streaming service set to launch in June.
What's your vision?
We're looking for a designer to create 12 badges in this round for use in our Alpha testing. The awards we hope to create should be simple in style, and work with a color palette and general design sense we've already approved. We would like to find a designer we can continue to work with to create many, many more award badges as we grow and expand the scope of our product. Each badge would preferably be a vector image and look good at at 50px * 50px size. We'd prefer a square background with rounded corners and an inside border to the squares. We like some highlights, but not necessarily super-glossy, and prefer to stay away from anything too cartoony/too colorful. Using a limited number of colors in each badge is probably good, with highlights that work in our color scheme are great. We should also keep them all on a consistent background, though if you choose to put a stroke around the box, it might be good to vary that perhaps according to level of award (something akin to bronze, silver, gold, etc.).
Our user 1st round alpha interactions design list is attached below. Our core demo is 18-34 mostly males, US based videogamers. The love games like Starcraft, MW3, Red Dead Redemption, and lots of first-person-shooters. Many of these users aspire to be pro-gamers. They are also pop-culture/nerd-culture junkies, so a lot of our interaction award descriptions draw inspiration from 4chan/Reddit/Anon, and old school movies like BTTF, Star Wars, Office Space, and memes like #winning, #tigerblood, and others.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets.
