Our target market is the upper working class home owners with rural property, ages 30-65, about 80/20 men (except horse barn buyers are 80/20 women). These barns are utilized for a variety of purposes including: garages, horse barns, agriculture, storage, hobby shops, "man caves", commercial businesses, airplane hangers, etc.

Back in our grandparent’s day, people used a common sense and caring approach when doing business. Their attitude toward projects around the farm was no different. Using simple truths, hard work, and steadfast faith as their guides, they cleared the land and built their homesteads. The barn was their signature project. These grand structures became landmarks that guided many travelers along their way. Beautiful, functional, and strong, these barns still dot today’s landscape providing a testament to the past and directing us toward the future.

In honor of our grandparent’s strong principles, Landmark Signature Barns provides a kind, honest, and meticulous approach to your building project. Our genuine desire is that your barn will stand the test of time and become a landmark for your family and community for generations to come.

We want a highly visible and simple design that clearly displays our logo. We are going to park this in easy-to-see places around car shows, horse events, car races, etc. so the logo needs to be clear and large enough to be easily read.

We want to utilize reflective graphics so that it will illuminate at night.

Our colors are black, charcoal, gray, white, brilliant copper, and chrome.

This 6' x 12' trailer is a flat nose with a ramp rear. The dimensions are: front: 4' 0" wide x 4' 9" tall (above aluminum stone guard) ; sides: 11' 9" wide x 6' 0" tall ; rear: 5' 0" wide x 5' 4" tall.
