we need templates to catch our potential customers that we are sheduled to visit with and also capture the customers that we have already provided estimates to but have not closed the deal yet.
I beleive that we will need a couple of more templates that share the same theme. one for appointment verification / introduction to our company and sales representative. a second and third for various stages of the followup stage. lastly, one for a completed job. sort of a thank you for your business card.
