Need a coded Wordpress theme and Flash movie for homepage. (If you're a good designer who would like to participate but don't have Wordpress experience, please go ahead and just note that fact in your submission. We are willing and able to assist with that part of the work if required to implement the best design.)

MakeTime is an entirely new search product for small businesses. It allows users to search for information across all of the data sources that they care about (CRM, bug/issue tracker, email, etc.) from a single integrated interface.

Product is currently in private beta with a handful of users and a new website design is needed prior to formal launch. Design must incorporate the existing logo, but other than that, the sky's the limit - we hope to see some creative stuff!

This contest includes both a website design component and a Flash component because we want the homepage to have a little movement/excitement via a small Flash movie. Feel free to present ideas for one or both.
