What's your vision?
I need 4 illustrations for the following categories: (1) Taekwondo (2) After School Program (3) Birthday Parties (4) Kid's Camps I have attached a file called "sample page" and I mocked up a web page. The emblem where it says "girl power" is similar to what I need, except in the above 4 categories and of course with different imagery. *note that the final background for this site will likely be lighter, more like japanese paper than craft. The best way to describe it might be an emblem. I have also attached a file called CSS recipe that shows the colour scheme for the website. I think I'd like to try to get all the designs to use a similar colour scheme, so there is a unified look to all of the designs. If this absolutely won't work, this rule can be broken. But I do think following a consistent palette is desirable. I like the flat style similar to the illustrations found on this website - http://www.scaddabush.com/social-club/ Also note how this site uses a consistent colour palette. I attached some sketches that my regular designer did. Unfortunately he had a family emergency and couldn't finish the project, so these sketches were not finalized. Please see my notes below regarding the specific imagery I want to use. I do like the way each one has a title. e.g. Magnitude Taekwondo. You do not have to follow the style of illustration suggested here either. Here is the specific imagery. The main things is kids, boys and girls. Try to have at least one dark skinned and asian looking kid somewhere in the 4 designs. (1) Taekwondo - include title Magnitude Taekwondo, boy and girl having fun doing marital arts. Nothing violent. Board breaking could be okay to add visual interest. Should look fun. (2) After School Program - Include title Magnitude After School Program, a bus, and one kid in a martial arts uniform and another in regular school clothes with a backpack. Idea here is they get picked up from school and brought to the after school program. The bus should not say "school bus" on it. (3) Birthday Parties - include title Magnitude Borthday parties, kids having fun with streamers, part hats, cake. Use creative license here. No martial arts uniform is required in this one. (4) Kid's Camps - This one you can choose from any of the following activities. It should come across that there are many activities in the camps, not just one. You don't have to use all of these. Just a few to get the idea of "many different fun things" Zoo, waterpark, sack races, tug of war, bowling, mini putt , archery, trampoline, rock climbing. I hope this provides sufficient detail.
It is not necessary to do all 4 designs for the initial round if you don't want to. It's up to you. What is more important is to demonstrate style and skill and that we will get the right amount of detail to make these designs work.
