What's your vision?
We need a photorealistic illustration to go on the cover of a book. The illustration could be either black-and white or color. It is a picture of a young woman, in her early to mid-twenties, dark-eyed, with a flawless skin, shoulder-length slightly wavy black hair, high cheekbones and a cleft chin, wearing a crisp, white nurse’s uniform from the 1940’s. She should not be wearing a nurse's cap. She has a natural beauty and a simplicity of style. She is not smiling, but her expression is not stern. She is composed and quietly confident. She is self-contained and independent, but not cold. She is capable of falling in love, but only with an exceptional man. She should be in 3/4 profile facing to the right. The illustration should not have a background as it will ultimately be overlaid on another photo.
The attached picture of Ava Gardner is very close to what we are looking for. The main issue is she is facing the wrong way. The uniform here is secretarial school, so I think we would want something without pleats on the sleeve. A quick google image search for "1940's nurse uniform" should give some insight. Her uniform should be white though. Feel free to use this image as much as needed to inspire your illustration. Edit: added a nurse uniform that is what we are looking for.
