Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Grounds and Hounds is a coffee company that functions as a producer and seller of roasted premium whole bean coffee. For every product we sell, we support animal rescue initiatives throughout the country. We emphasize quality and design in all of our products, and we are seeking to expand our designs into the outdoors/camping lifestyle. Our primary target market is 28-40 year old female consumers who are active and engaged on social media. A simplification of our market would fall in line with that of TOMS shoes, Patagonia, consumers who shop at Whole Foods/Farmer's Markets.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We are seeking to evolve our branding and appeal to the outdoor/camping/hiking customer, who loves to escape to the wild with their dog. We would like to have multiple color schemes integrating a dog into a beautiful outdoor setting. If coffee or a person can be included, we are open to addition. This will initially be utilized on mugs, stickers, and possibly apparel.
Please keep the color palate to 4 or less colors. Utilize shapes, silhouettes, and clean lines. We will provide active feedback during the contest to help move you towards the desired final product.
