Please note: We need real illustrations/drawings here, not just icons in a circle/box. We need persons, a shipping truck, packages being delivered etc. That kind of style that brings more artwork into this.
On our new Confirmation Page (attached) and on our new Home Page, not released, we'll have a horizontal banner space where we want to visualise how Miinto works, the 1-2-3-4 steps described below with graphics and texts. The height and width of the graphics is not pre-defined. I don't like stock photography or abstract icons. The graphics should be clean and simple, elegant. And it should be easy to read and understand, humour is good, happy feeling, not naive.
STYLE OF DESIGN:
- Small illustrations/drawings, short texts to explain numbers and context
- Perhaps using small animations to draw attention and make it lively/sympathetic.
By scanning/reading the illustration one should get the essence of how Miinto works, from shopping to getting packages. NB: Maybe step 2 can be skipped as this info is the same as step 1 if explained well, and step 4 will illustrate packages from more than 1 shop.
1. SHOPPING ON MIINTO
When you shop at Miinto, all the products you see online (behind the scenes) come from +300 shops, and there are more than 70.000 products in total. We have all the well-known fashion brands as Zalando and Boozt have, but we also many small niche/upcoming brands.
Example of the Jackets category for Women: https://www.miinto.dk/guide-k-jakker-frakker
On our product pages, you’ll find the name of the boutique where the product belongs to bottom right under the ‘Butikken’ tab: https://www.miinto.dk/p-13561911-ev…ockandblue
2. ORDERING ON MIINTO
When you place an order at Miinto, you are actually placing the order at one of our shops that has the product(s). We manage all that behind the scenes. The customer should of course not care about this - he/she just buys as used to on other fashion shops like Boozt and Zalando.
3. SHIPPING FROM THE BOUTIQUES
It’s the boutiques that do the shipping part. That also mean that you as a customer sometimes receive more than one package. If you order 3 products where two of the products come from one (1) boutique, and one product come from another boutique, you’ll get two packages. We think this should be seen as a positive thing: First of all your products are carefully packed by the personal in the boutique, a personal touch, sometimes a personal note, an small gift on top etc. Secondly, when you get this surprise/carefully box delivered, you don’t mind picking up or receiving two of them - as they are small presents to unbox.
4. GETTING THE PACKAGES
The customer can choose to get the packages delivered to a package shop or sent directly to home or work. We even have a 80 min delivery to your front door.
