We are illustrating some customer journeys that we are developing around the future of rail travel. The project will comprise of 4 customer journeys, which each require 6 illustrations. The project requires a total of 24 illustrations of which the first 6 scenarios are shared below. I would like to see a demonstration of 1-3 illustrations from the scenarios below, and when the contest winner is selected we would like to work with them to complete the remaining illustrations to the total of 24.
The Details are below - please choose 1-3 scenarios from the below to demonstrate your illustration style:
Our first journey is focused on a loyal female customer, Jessica, she works in professional services and dresses the part, she’s around 32 in age and she is a frequent business traveller on this railway operator.
Customer using smartphone to book a railway ticket in their home context - perhaps home furnishings in the background. Customer using a smartphone must be prominent. Perhaps show thinking bubble of customer thinking about sitting on a train.
Show customer satisfied with experience on smartphone. Perhaps QR code on smartphone screen or smartphone visually amplified to denote that she's achieved her task on the smartphone and is happy with the outcome.
Jessica, our customer arrives at the station. Show Jessica in the context of a busy city central train station, potentially with modern looking trains in the background, ticket barriers and perhaps shops and concessions in the background. The customer should be looking at her smartphone and we need to denote that she has received a notification.
Jessica, our customer sitting in a train carriage, by a window seat with a laptop in front of her. She looks bored and frustrated, the train is at a standstill. Smartphone in her hand and demonstrate her receiving a notification.
Jessica disembarking from her train - she's obviously late so can we show this through her looking at her watch, or looking angry or a little bit aggressive looking, perhaps speaking on her smartphone.
Jessica in an office and looking at her smartphone. She looks happy and satisfied because she's received her refund. Can we illustrate this with perhaps a thinking bubble or callout with ‘£’ signs coming from her smartphone?
We will share the remaining scenarios with the winner on a 1-to-1 basis.
