Create a logo for a responsible design craft brand.

THORA´s

I handpick unique handmade design craft that women make. In the beginning from Czeck Rep and jewellery. It will be all kinds of material like concrete, glass, woo d, stones and gemstones.But later it can be from other counties and other products as long as they are small collections, no massproduction and handmade by women. The customer is a 45+ woman that want to by something unique to herself or a gift to another woman. She is interested in culture. She want to buy responsable and know that production is under good conditions. The designed products will last for a long time and are not seasonal. It will tell something about you, that you care about how and what and by whome. It will be sold by a webshop and I will be using social media for marketing. There is a close connection to nature, why I prefer a symbol of nature; flower or animal / bird.

I want it to have a Nordic look. Plain, clean, not trendy, nature, grey, ocean, white sand, grey stones, concrete.
I want to use my grandmothers name THORA in the brand and it has to work with a new domain. For example Made for Thora, Thoras gifts, just Thora´s, @Thoras, THORA´s craft design, THORAS kraft..... My grandmother was born in the 1800 and she lived until she was 97. She rised 8 kids and worked her whole life. She worked hard and mostly was alone. She was strong and clever. She also wrote in the newspaper. She was different. Every body new her. She stood up and said what she wanted. A very strong role model for women. This company will also give back to women projects. So the idea is: its id made by women for women and payback to women. But I dont want it to be connected with any politics or female symbols. I just want it to be kind, nice and strong.
