Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We buy, rehab, and sell real estate.Target audiences: a) real estate investors looking for a contractor; or b) home owners looking to sell their house quickly. The latter will usually have strong negative emotions surrounding the need to cut loose part of their dream, so I want to convey trust, honesty, and a knowledge of the home owner's intrinsic value as a person.

1. I attached a quick sketch of the concept I started after: the word FLIP so that it's clearly recognizable right side up and upside down. Any font or lettering that achieves the effect will be considered. The other attached files are also concept sketches along this line.
2. Finding it difficult to come up with an aesthetically pleasing and clearly legible invert-able "FLIP", I encourage you to use your sense for design to use FLIP or FLIP Restoration and Resale (with "Get on with your dream", too?) in any way my prior criteria dictate.
