"Builders Plus Construction" or simply "Builders Plus"

Non-traditional construction company looking to rebrand itself as a
forward looking, tech-savvy, team oriented, group. We have been a
concrete-specific contractor for our 30 year existence, but are
looking to expand to performing (or managing) all trades of work. We
are moving into the second generation leadership.

Blues, neon green. (think Seattle Seahawks)

We are looking to stand out, but understand that we are a part of an
industry who values experience above all else, so a "startup" feel is
often frowned upon. I want a logo that says more than the words. Also,
if an icon or emblem is created, I would like something that can be
made monochromatic to place on pieces of equipment (equipment is all
sorts of colors). Also with the icon, I would love to be able to blow
it up to outrageous sizes; i.e. watermark on a page, or floor to
ceiling wall design. (I enjoy icons that can be exploded so large that
the top and bottom are even cut off, but the icon is still
recognizable.)

Also, we will be changing our logo from saying "Builders Plus
Concrete" to "Builders Plus Construction" or simply "Builders Plus".
If you see an opportunity with just "Builders Plus", I would be
interested in looking into it.

We are building a culture of mavericks, looking for people who are
dissatisified with current practices and want to make an impact. Our
logo should show this.

BIM or Building Information Modeling is the most iconic depiction of
the future of construction. Searching images of BIM might give you
some good ideas.
