We are looking for a modern, web 2.0 logo that is professional enough to use on a website, business cards, and (possibly) letterhead.

Desired Color Scheme:
Any.
Desired Style:
Modern, Clean, Simple, Web 2.0, Edgy and Soft mix.
Accepted File Formats:
Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff)
The brand name is Equity Media Holdings but this particular logo should only have the name "Equity Media" in it.
Themes for the logo can include solid business ethics, current media trends, profitability, web 2.0, modern, rapid growth, and an overall ad agency feel to it. We would like a clean, crisp and custom logo.
Colors can be anything that follows the above theme. Some ideas might be blacks, reds and blues.

PS: If you think your logo can also easily integrate "Equity Media Advertising" and/or "Equity Media Holdings" into a similar logo design, that will be bonus but is not necessary.
