Our food is kitchen takeover style using street food traders, festival caterers and expressive individual chefs.
Think rustic, earthy and authentic food. Smoke house and pulled meats, Chicken and wings, Mexican, Seafood, stone baked pizzas, fresh and local.
Our venues theme is industrial with hints of rustic-vintage.
Raw concrete, wooden pallets, steel, leather chesterfields and slate/stone. Splashes of local art, graffiti styled and abstract. Vibrant, popping colours.
There will be live music (niche of course), shuffleboard, arcade machines, games nights and homebrew contests.
Target audience includes young, hipsters, bearded craft beer drinking cheque shirt wearing manly types.
Millennials, new age free-thinking - open minded.
We are also keen to encourage the classic ageing ale drinker.
