I'm a crm industry analyst, advisor, author, speaker and award winning blogger. My company, CRM Essentials LLC, is an Atlanta based CRM advisory firm covering tools and strategies for improving business relationships.
I'm a past recipient of CRM Magazine's Most Influential Leader Award. I serves on the national board of the CRM Association, and on the advisory board of the University of Toronto's newly created CRM Center of Excellence. I've been quoted in several national business publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek and Entrepreneur magazine.

My focus is on the customer relationship management (CRM) application vendors, service providers, practitioners and anyone else interested in this industry - from small businesses all the way up to large enterprises. This audience also includes people interested in the integration of social media with CRM - what's now being called Social CRM.

I'm calling it the ISH List for sure to play off of the way ISH is substituted for a popular four letter word. I'd love to have a fun design that plays into that, but is appropriate for companies to display as proud winners of an industry award.
