newly created travel blog in need of banner.. banner design will double as logo. the blog is empty right now- i haven`t decided on templates etc... so there`s not a whole lot to work with.
EAT. SLEEP. TRAVEL.
What's your vision?
So I just created a blog- it`s empty right now... I can`t even figure out how to work it. It`s through typepad and it`s a PRO blog so I can customize a bunch of stuff. I believe the width is 770 pixels, with 15 pixels of padding on either side. I hate this padding, and if it can be removed (not sure if it can) I will remove it so I guess the size would be 800 pixels then. The height is open to whatever we want. I`d like to start with a banner for the blog- it will also double as my logo for business cards, etc. The blog is EAT. SLEEP. TRAVEL. I really like what they did here for this tshirt http://www.zazzle.com/eat_sleep_travel_lifestyle_shirt-235881058026370928 Use the above t-shirt design for inspiration. If you go to my blog, just ignore EVERYTHING because those aren`t the colours I`ll be using... I`ll be customizing (or paying someone to customize it!!) the blog around the new banner and not the other way around.
Vector format would be best, right? I`m pretty open here. i dunno. im not the expert in this- you are! surprise me! I definitely want the banner to have EAT. SLEEP. TRAVEL. on it somewhere. Again, I like the way they have it on that t-shirt... but open to other stuff.
No pastel colours like on the t-shirt... All green (like the signs on the sides of the highway) might work.. even all black.. I`m open, though! Oh, and the winner will get full credit on my blog for the design.. I won`t pass your work off as my own!
