This brief is for a designer to help us kick start a re-branding exercise to modernise our brand, especially through our online presence including our website, social media channels (Facebook/Instagram) and digital content marketing activities.
The main shift in focus for our brand is that we want to differentiate from our competitors by promoting an aspirational pet door product and installation services through associating us with creating happy and healthy homes, rather than purely pushes our product and professionalism. e.g. current tag line 'The pet door installation specialist', could be considered 'creating happy pet homes'
Our number one seller is dog doors with a skew to glass. Our buyers are a mix of men and women, however women are the primary purchaser.
As our product & installation packages range from $200 - $900, we are often targeting higher income earners in inner city suburbs.
