I am a LEED Accredited Professional, formerly the Lighting Specialist & Energy Specialist for Home Depot, but now on my own - hooray! I'm known in Florida as an educator on LEED Certification and energy efficiency for commercial office space, hospitals and municipalities. I work only with existing buildings.
Last year I managed a team of 20 folks, all of us volunteers, and we took the first building in downtown Orlando through LEED Certification. It was a blast! We won the LEED for Existing Buildings Project of the Year Award from the US Green Building Council Central Florida.
So far I only have one Project Manager working for me, but he is young and positive and we are on a roll! We already have some well known and highly credible customers that we are consulting for...usually that means we are taking them through ENERGY STAR or LEED Certification or consulting with them on how to improve their internal green culture.

My target audience is very broad, but it is not a consumer audience. It includes, property managers, facility engineers, building ops managers, CFOs, CEOs, marketing professionals and sales managers (who want their sales people to learn how to "sell" sustainability). Target industries include property management, hospitality, government, healthcare, wholesale electrical distribution (Graybar, HD Supply, Rexel) and medium sized corporations that want to promote their company's efforts toward sustainability and corporate & community responsibility.
