One of the modern breed of construction design & development Camphin Developments offers the full range of boutique services with a personal touch. The name of the business is "Camphin Developments" and the tagline is "Design. Build. Project Management."
The target audience for the company is both:
- business2business - e.g. architects looking for a great company to realise their vision
- business2customer - e.g. customers with enough capital to gut their existing homes and pay for the refitThe identity needs to be striking, clean, modern and professional and drive home the feeling that this is a design firm. Some kind of icon that can be re-used independently of the text as a branding element is desirable but not necessary.

Other than this – the brief is completely open. We have no colour preferences (but the logo should work in black+white) or font preferences - although sans-serif is probably appropriate.
