Our current line of car parts falls under the categories of brake components, fuel systems, ignition & distributors, radiators, routine maintenance parts, starters & components, steering, and suspension.
These guys probably all sell Chinese manufactured auto parts but they are afraid to admit it. We aren't
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Guys that are are all about going out there and getting a great deal on a car part. They may be buying the part as a DIYer (do it yourself-er)or they might simply be trying to avoid getting ripped off by the dealership or repair shop.
We are looking for an illustration of a hip Chinese auto-mechanic wearing a mechanics jump suit with a name tag patch and a white undershirt and his sleeves rolled up. We are looking for a caricature with a slightly enlarged head. We might give him a name but the idea is along the same line as Ask Jeeves.
Since the name is China Town Auto Parts we would like to have a town skyline behind him with traditional Chinese buildings in the background.
You can show the full length of his body or you can choose to simply have him from the chest up.
You can try him with his arms crossed or show him holding auto parts in his hands and arms. We prefer parts over tools.
I guess our color preferences would be anything that represents China. Mostly reds and yellow. They should defintely be vibrant.
I know there is a lot of detail to squeeze in there but I would like to see a cleaner design using fewer, but more vibrant colors. Think in terms of a sports team logo. The buildings in the background should be more like a graphic than a stylized photo. Like the Survivor China logo or like the bridge in the Sacramento Rivercats logo.
