My design is simple, yet perfect. It gives a high end feel to my brand. And Nicole was so wonderful to work with, making any adjustment I asked for!

How cindychocolatier started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Cōcō Divinity Chocolatier (with the word Chocolatier on the second line and smaller maybe?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I just finished chocolatier training. I will making truffles and chocolates for my business. Artisan I guess is the right word. I am unsure if I want any kind of graphic with my text logo or not. If there is a graphic or design, it whould be simple. I am looking for something that looks rich, expensive, high end, sleek...etc. Nothing "cutesy". The font I lean towards is the Felix Titling one.....so along the same lines or similar? I can't stress enough that I want it looking high end and sophisticated and expensive. Probably no curvy writing either. I am unsure what looks best for the first part of the word (coco).......all I know is I want it to have the lines over the o's --i just don't know if I should do the C in capitals....or the whole word in lowercase?
**AMENDMENT: i am seeing some sexy pinks and reds come in on designs which i actually like too. ...so that is an option too. I am not keen on initials being used in a box or shape. also curious what all lowercase on the word coco would look like. i like vintage looks and scrolls and girly stuff too. but not curvy fonts or cutesy things. i want sex appeal and hollywood glitz and expensive taste to shine through--thanks!
AMENDMENT: NOT A FAN of initials anywhere. I would like to see some designs with one or two letters doing something different than the rest of the letters........need more 'sparkle' or sexiness added somehow. it's gotta look like there is a million bucks in that box.
AMENDMENT: if you look at the Mercedes logo, it has the appearance of shine or glistening. i like that
AMENDMENT: i just uploaded a logo i found on this site that has sparkly diamond elements etc to it.....wondering if anyone wants to try that kind of look to help make it look rich, fancy, blingy, high end etc
********AMENDMENT JANUARY 1/2015 -- do NOT assume that because there is a design with a 5 star rating that automatically they win or that i will look at nothing else. i just had one designer withdraw for that reason. ANYONE is a contender at this point. While some people have different design concepts than others, it is the overall feeling i get when i see it. i want WOW factor. if that comes from an original design made by yourself.......or a vector you got off the web, then so be it. my preference though is that you design this yourself with as much originality and uniqueness as possible.****
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Food & Drink
Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
i lean toward silver for the logo color so it stands out on black or brown boxes. Not sure if gold would look better or not. when i stamp on the boxes, i guess it will be shiny gold foil anyway that they use.....so unsure about that part. regardless, i know my boxes will be black or dark brown
