The design I asked for is for an early learning center serving the developmental needs of children ages 2-6. Her design is youthful, fun, and nurturing. She was very receptive to feedback. I would gladly work with Alessandra again.

How stephenblackinc started their logo design journey

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are launching a new baby/toddler interlocking play mat into the market. It has been designed to to fit in with the modern home decor and move away from the bright primary colours of other market offerings. (I have added the mat design file below) We are aiming at the design conscious parent who likes their baby products to match the modern home.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I generally like pantone colours and greys. As the product itself is grey and white/cream in this instance maybe grey wouldn't be the best choice. Feel free to experiment with colours

Like the simplistic avatar that could be widely used without overpowering
Again, I like the avatar. The text says premium to me
Much like the second example, it says premium to me and would attract the kind of customers we want to attract
This will be the first offering from us but we need a logo that can be used across a wider product range in the future. We want our products to be more on the premium end so need a logo emphasising this.
I'm thinking that an avatar may be good. One of the thoughts I had was a rocking horse but silhouette only, however I'm not limiting options to this.
For the play mat we will have an insert on the front of the packaging, something similar to the Skip Hop packaging attached. I added this so you have an idea of where the logo will be used initially.
