davidbehan got their new logo design by running a design contest:
$500 - Cool Web 2.0 Logo Needed for Golf Website
Check out davidbehan's Logo design contest…
Ok, I'm looking for a logo for a new golfing website called spinongolf.com. This website will be aimed at golfers with information on courses, locations, products, news, etc.
What's your vision?
Desired Color Scheme: leaning towards green but leaving it open for now Desired Style: web 2.0, funky, modern Accepted File Formats: eps, high res jpeg, illustrator - anything I need to make changes down the line Ok, I'm looking for a logo for a new golfing website called spinongolf.com. This website will be aimed at golfers with information on courses, locations, products, news, etc. I want a cool logo to go with it as we will be designing a web 2.0 type website and the logo will need to fit in with it. Hoping to see some sort of emblem in the logo, maybe a golfer, golf ball, flag, or something like that... I trust your imagination. There may be more work after this contest is won for designing stationary, marketing material, etc. but the full $500 will be for the best logo. Thanks and ask any questions you may have. Note (28 June - 10am): When this contest was added, I wanted to advertise it in 2 categories (logo design and stationary design) but I only need a logo designed for now. I mistakenly put $500 into both categories, which totalled $1000. I emailed support immediately after creating it as I couldn't find a way of changing it, and they told me this morning to add this note. I just want everyone to be clear that the prize money for this contest is $500 and this is for the logo design only. However, we will probably ask the contest winner to do additional work like the stationary design and other marketing material, which we will pay for separately. I think I already made it clear that it was $500 for logo design but I just want to make sure everyone knows. Thanks and contact me if this is an issue. My apologies for my stupidity! :D This contest was originally listed in multiple categories: - Logo Design - Stationery Design
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at £239.

Recently completed contests:
18 to 40. I would imagine even older, but the nature of the work seems to dictate a younger (more adventurous) audience.
