This design met the brief very well and conveyed the modern look we were seeking. The designer provided a number of variations to help us to decide on the final logo and responded quickly to requests for amendments.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We organise a chamber music festival in a historical setting. The musicians are professional viola players (3 to 6). The context of the festival is a castle in the royal botanical garden of Belgium. The target audience are classical music lovers (18-80 years old) who love to have a day out in an impressive setting, listening to music that moves and inspires them.

The lead musician's name is Marc Sabbah. On Youtube you can find several of his live concerts to have an idea of the type of music we will be bringing. Seeing the fact that we will have a broad audience, from 18 to 80 years old, we are looking for a logo that is impactful and fits the idea of what we are bringing without being polarising. In attachment the initial draft logo's from the musician himself. We are looking for a strong designer who can professionalize this first attempt. Please make sure to integrate following elements: a reference to a castle, a violin/ viola/ cello and the concept name 'Kâsteaux'. We have uploaded a photo of the artist with his viola as a reference to the musical instrument.
