Introduction program will last 4 weeks and can be completed from the comfort of your own home. Specific courses for athletes, illness, kids etc will follow after the intro course that teaches the basics of effective breathing.

Our target markets are western women first followed by men between 30-65years. We want women to learn these skills to help in their busy day-to-day lives with family, work and personal responsibilities. We want women to be empowered in their health so they can make wise choices and step up to being the best versions of themselves. They will be women from average to high income but the course will also be affordable for lower end consumers as well. They may be mothers but that isn’t an essential target group. They are women that are looking for personal and wellness growth in their lives. Women will will be our ambassador about conscious breathing and behaviour change and will influence the men and family in their lives.
The men we are targeting are men that are needing help with their health and with stress management. They are more likely in the 40-65 year old bracket where life stressors, family and work pressures have caught up with them and they are looking for change and help. They are western men that are educated, average to high income, are employed and are open to personal growth and development.
