CA-ICT
1. CA-ICT is a foundation (Stichting in Dutch) that helps ICT companies in The Netherlands to collect governmental (European Union) subventions for educating their employees. Collecting these subventions is usually a lot of paperwork, especially for companies who are not used to do this.
2. All the money that comes in (fee) is invested in promising ICT projects in order to support entrepreneurship and employment in the ICT sector of The Netherlands.
The complete text inside the logo would ideally be 'Stichting CA-ICT' of which the CA-ICT part is most important so perhaps you'd keep Stichting small or at least less emphasized.
Feel free to let go of the '-' between CA and ICT as long as it is clear that it are two separate words (perhaps use different colors or other solutions).
We'd really like to keep this logo simple and robust. Therefore we'd like you to use as few designy details as possible (abstract marks are okay, unless they really add something that matches the design criteria). Feel free to play around with all kinds of fonts so we get a broad vision of the possibilities.
