Honestly, I started this company out of necessity. I only had a handful of customers. Then the company began to grow on its own. The referals came rapidly and I never had to advertise. I quickly went from a single person company to needing employees.
I clean everything from small single family homes to large upscale "mansions". Our company has also gotten into doing new construction clean up and trash-outs.
All of the employees are women at this point. They are all trained to be extremely detail oriented. My team of employees are friendly, sweet, honest, reliable, and hard working women. We view ourselves as customer orientated! It's a great team to work with.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We would like to target two different audiences. First and foremost we are looking to expand into the more upscale market. These include homes that have more than 3 levels to their home and their income levels are in the 3 digits and above.
Secondly we want to market to our existing customers that we are offering a new fresh choice when choosing a cleaning service. For example we are moving towards a more "green" feel in our company and want to offer safe alternatives to your everyday household cleaning products.
We have come up with a list of words that we would like our logo to envelope.
