Seven did a great job of nailing down a great design right from the beginning. I had some minor adjustments made but the overall design really captured what I wanted in the brief. The communication and revision process was very easy. Keep an eye out for their designs in your contest. Highly recommended.
How obesityproject started their logo design journey
A leading health prevention research center needs your help!!
We have been actively involved in promoting multicultural community and family health for over 25 years, working with parents, children, churches, schools, workplaces and more to encourage active lifestyles.
With the arrival of the new decade, we're excited to soon launch a new project focusing on preventing obesity in Latin-americans by promoting physical activity and nutrition. Given that we'll be working on both sides of the Mexican-American border, our project name will be bilingual:
GOL (Guide to Obesity prevention in Latin America and U.S.)
GOL (Guía para la prevención de Obesidad en América Latina y EE.UU.)
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
While the project is studying Latin-Americans at large, it will also be analyzed and evaluated on a professional/scientific level.
We need your help in designing a logo for our obesity prevention project! With a focus on physical activity and diet/nutrition, options abound in terms of themes to incorporate into the final logo and we'll leave this up to all the creative folk out there.
A few minor suggestions about things to keep in mind:
- in Spanish, "gol" means goal. Feel free to incorporate soccer or goal themes!
- the letters GOL should somehow form part of the logo
- we would ask that the winning designer be kind enough to take the final image and create an "English" logo with a caption added below the image, and a "Spanish" logo with a translated capition added below the image.
The English text would be:
Guide to Obesity prevention in Latin America and U.S.
The Spanish text would be:
Guía para la prevención de Obesidad en América Latina y EE.UU.
The files we will require are:
Print file format - .ai (CMYK)
Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB)
Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo.
