About our company: We are a health data science and services company that empowers consumers to get the medical care they deserve. Our proprietary solutions combine big data and expert clinical insights which we aim straight at the root cause of healthcare access problems. We do this by understanding the consumer, objectively matching to their needs and preferences and deliver timely access to the most appropriate physicians for their situation. Our product helps achieve the quadruple aim in health care: improved patient experience, physician satisfaction, reduced costs and optimal outcomes. We strive to improve the way consumers access and navigate the healthcare system. Target Audience SpecialtyCare Connect is a B2B2C product. We provide a physician matching service to 6 business audiences (noted below. The consumers are sometimes employees or members of the 6 business groups. The ultimate consumers represent a broad mix of ages, ethnic backgrounds, incomes, household sizes, etc. • Insurance Brokers & Consultants • Health Insurance Plans & Third Party Administrators • Employers • Specialty Insurance Products • Health Systems • Associations & Affinity Groups Competition Some of our competitiors are Kyrrus, ReferralMD, MD Insider Mission and Taglines Our new mission is “Fixing the world’s healthcare access problem and measuring our success by the number of people we help.” The mission statement evolved into this tagline: “We measure our success by the number of people we help” along with the subhead “We find you the right doctor”. The tagline does not have to be used with the logo. Our old tagline still has value and may help you understand what we do “Guiding patient journeys through clincial insights, data science with a human touch.”
Creative Direction • The logo design should promote one or all of the following emotions: trust, kindness, competency, compassion and understanding. • The logo must work well both online, through social media and website, as well as in promotional print materials. • The design must be simple, clean and contemporary. (refrain from whimsical, cartoony styles and stethoscope images). At times the new logo will be paired together with the ArmadaHealth logo (our parent company). Visit ArmadaHealth.com for reference. • Please provide 2-3 ideas and 2-3 color combinations where appropriate. The logomark should be strong enough to stand alone without the company name. Design Challenge The data science research methods we deploy are just as important as the human touch and guidance we give patients while matching them to the right doctor. In other words: science + caring. (fyi: we are not doctors). Visually speaking, imagery that can portray these traits together in a sophisticated manner could work OR we would also be interested in seeing an abstract symbol.
