We locally roast and brew high-end coffee (beans, cold brew, nitro, fresh pressed nut milks) for delivery to individuals, tourists and high tech offices in Silicon Valley. Local roasting in Silicon Valley means fresher product.
The target audience of young and affluent technology professionals pay a premium for a high-end product, brand and experience. (note that tech workers aren't just software coders or engineers, but also marketing, sales, and finance). Silicon Valley is a very wealthy place and so an element of luxury and exclusiveness is important too. The most important channel for us is to deliver cold brew and nitro coffee in kegs, weekly to local high tech companies.
