AEProLink
AEProLink (Architects and Engineers professional link) is founded on the idea that owners and senior managers of architectural, engineering, consulting and design firms would rather focus on their core business than deal with non-core business administration issues (they hate this stuff). AEProLink is an affiliation of tenured professionals with more than 150 years of combined experience in accounting, law, insurance, taxes, marketing and IT management. Our core business is your non-core business. Use our services and network to help minimize the time you have to spend on admin., and reduce the fear and stress of making decisons about issues that you don't fully understand.
Architects, Engineers, Designers, Consultants, and any type of project/design oriented professional who wants to focus on the professional side, rather than the administration side of their business. However, some of these types will be penny wise and will not want to pay for professionals to handle their needs in the same way that they handle their clients needs. We don't want these types. We want the owner or partner who respects good professional support and is more than happy to pay for the right people who can help advance their business. These are generally smart, technically oriented people. They appreciate technical skill, but don't always respect it as much with non-design/engineering professionals. This icon/logo should help to bridge that gap between "design professional" and "business professional."
I would like the logo to be somehow alingned with the concept of design. Engineering or architectural plan drawings for example. Bold and elegant but not so intricate that it comes accross poorly on a power point slide or a copy. Easily identifiable at a glance and not something that has to be looked at closely to tell what it is or understand it. If it could convey foundation or support, that would be great. Stay away from flowery colors and more toward the traditional iconic colors, but work in a bit of flair if you can.
