Great job iterating on a previous design, trying a few tweaks to get it just right. Quick response time much appreciated!
The designer was creative and followed exactly what I was looking for with my brand instructions. The work was so good that the other designers in the competition started to copy the designs. It was a fantastic job all the way through.
RooTenshi's design wasn't what we were expecting, but still showed a lot of design consideration. Over time it grew on all of us and we decided to award two winners instead of just one because of this alternative design. Thanks!

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a graphic color printing and sign shop - we do banners, retail window/floor/wall graphics, exterior signage, ADA signage, stickers, posters - all things color graphics and signs! Our target customers include marketers, creative agencies and graphic designers (like you!), so we need to look current and credible to them. We also serve the construction industry (who orders construction site signage as well as signs for the completed building structure) and small businesses. We're going for a very modern, clean feel for the brand. We are NOT the low-price player in our market so need a premium look. I don't love the random colors on a black background, would like to see something different, more distinctive. Also would like to see something that stylizes the name itself, rather than just creating a rainbow-colored symbol that's placed above the name.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Art & Design
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
No black - at all. Do not use CMYK - way overused by printers. Do not use rainbow colors on black background or with black text. I'd like to see something with a simple design that incorporates the name, rather than some sort of symbol above the name, with the name just written in black text (most of the designs so far).
