Lisa Kay Solomon has over 15 years combined experience applying a “design thinking,” experiential approach to developing leadership potential and building strategic growth opportunities. As a strategy consultant and coach, Lisa combines traditional approaches to strategy with multidisciplinary elements of scenario planning, visual thinking, facilitation and innovative collaboration.
Lisa is now the principal of LKS Consulting, dedicating her practice to the design and facilitation of strategic leadership discussions. Among her corporate clients, Lisa works very closely with the Women’s Leadership Initiative at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and has been assisting in their renowned “High Performance Leadership” class. Lisa's has designed and delivered programs such as "The Strategic Value of Visual Thinking","The Design of Strategic Conversations," and "Innovative Leadership: Visions for the Future."
Lisa spent 6 years as a practitioner at Global Business Network, where she ran long-range strategic planning process for organizations in the private and public sectors. Lisa holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, and a BA in government from Cornell University. She has taken extensive training in the fields of facilitation, scenario planning, strategic planning, graphic recording, visual storytelling, and organizational design.
